- Does Marquesina need an internet connection?
- No. Marquesina works entirely offline. Every lot, reading, batch, factor test and sale you record is saved only on your device.
- I lost my data after reinstalling the app — can I get it back?
- Marquesina stores everything locally on the device, so removing the app removes its data. There is no account or cloud backup to restore from. We recommend using the season CSV share feature to keep your own copy before uninstalling or switching devices.
- Where does the "ready to bag" moisture range come from?
- Marquesina flags a lot as ready once your logged moisture readings enter the 10–12% band typically required by cooperatives and village buyers. It is a guide from your own readings, not an official grading.
- Can I change the cherry-to-parchment ratio Marquesina uses to estimate yield?
- Yes. Open the ratio sheet from the Pases screen. The default is roughly 5 kg of cherry per 1 kg of dry parchment, and every estimate is labelled as such.
- Does Marquesina show current coffee prices?
- No. Marquesina never downloads or proposes prices. Every price in the app — including your factor test and your sale price — is one you typed in yourself.
